Multipurpose Dyneema® Rope

The backbone of most modern control line setup's this single core 12 strand rope is not only stronger and lighter than steel wire of the same diameter but made from Bio based Dyneema® SK78, is the most sustainable low carbon choice available. Very low elongation, good grip, buoyant, wear and UV resistance all contribute to its prominence across applications and boat types. With a wide variety of colours making it easy to identify control lines or match a colour scheme, the hollow core 12 strand design is easy to splice into loops, dog bones, low friction rings and blocks.

Dyneema® is the textile solution to replace cables or stainless steel fittings! 

To retain maximum strength from your rope Splicing is recommended in place of a knot. A good splice should retain 90% of the ropes break load as opposed to a knot which could see break loads reduced by 60%.

Consistent& Repeatable Settings

Low stretch properties help to improve repeatable trim and consistent settings providing a higher degree of control over traditional non-technical ropes.
