Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders placed before 12am on the same day. A dispatch notification will be sent as your is processed. 

We typically use Royal Mail & DPD as primary carriers, however, at certain times of the year, we will utilize DHL & Evri dependent on the weight and destination.

Standard 5-7 Day UK Mainland Delivery (Courier)

Free Standard UK Delivery is available on all orders over £50

Delivery is charged at £3.50 for all other orders. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for a standard courier delivery - Delivery is typically much faster however due to the ongoing challenges in the logistics industry we have seen lead times increase significantly in the past months. 

Expedited 1-2 Day UK Mainland Delivery (Courier)

£5.00 for all orders

International Orders

All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail & DHL as standard. Delivery times can vary significantly by country, however full tracking will be provided with each order. 

NOTE: You may have to pay taxes/charges when your package arrives in your country. 

Our export pricing is free of UK VAT, you may need to pay taxes/duties/handling charges when your package reaches your country. This will vary by country and is often dependent on order value. Following BREXIT we are aware that some countries customs checks can extend lead times by a number of days. Please contact us should you wish to discuss International Shipping.

Restricted Goods

The sale & transport of Knives & Scissors is deemed restricted; we are required to undertake an age verification process prior to shipment. These deliveries will always require a signature on delivery.
