Harken Standard Size 150 Aluminum Cam-Matic®Cam Cleat
Designed in 1979 and still the most capable, hard wearing and rope friendly cam cleat on the market.
The 150 is the standard size ball bearing cam cleat you will find on most production yachts and dinghies. It's part of a family of Harken Cam Cleats with the smaller Micro Cam Cleat version for dinghy control lines alongside a larger Offshore version for ropes upto 16mm. The family now also includes a carbon version of the Standard and Mini for weight-sensitive applications requiring less frequent adjustment as well as a Stainless steel version of the Offshore.
The standard Cam-Matic is machined from Aluminium with a hardcoat anodizing for high load and high wear, continuous adjustment applications. The jaws sit on a total of 66 ball bearings designed to cleat and uncleat with the line under maximum tension, no need to pull it to release.
Not only do these cleats last a lifetime they are fully serviceable with Harken's service kits.
